Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated suga
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 7/8 cup milk
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels (I don't like chocolate morsels in bread, so I add 1/3 cup water, put in microwave to melt it)
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Grease one 9 x 5 inch loaf pans
- Combine all ingredients (add small amount water if your dough is too sticky)
- Spoon into prepared loaf pans
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
- Cool in pans for 10 minutes; remove from pans; cool on wire racks
